Start a Case on Court Online
Create your Labour Court file and get a case number
Use your registered email and password. Complete 2FA if enabled.
This button is on your dashboard. Select "Labour Court" as the court type.
Choose the appropriate category:
- Review of CCMA Award — Section 145 LRA
- Appeal on Point of Law — Section 145A LRA
- Reinstatement Application
- Other Labour Court Application
Enter all parties exactly as on your Notice of Motion:
- Applicant (your name)
- Respondent (employer name)
- Second Respondent (arbitrator name)
- Third Respondent (CCMA)
Review all details. Click "Submit" to create the case. You will receive a case reference number immediately.
⏰ CRITICAL: Case Reference Number
Write down your case reference number immediately. Format: JS1234/2024. You will need it for all future filings.
