Upload, classify, and track court documents for the active matter. Advome uses the documents to identify the case stage, detect missing items, and keep the next-step panel accurate.
Users should be able to add the core documents for the current matter. The system can later read and classify each upload.
The document list should show all uploaded items, their status, and what they affect in the case workflow.
| Document | Status | Effect | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Summons | Classified | Opens the matter | Case number detected |
| Plea | Classified | Moves into response branch | Counterclaim possible |
| Settlement agreement | Pending | Can mark settlement-ready | Children review may still be required |
| Discovery affidavit | Missing | Needed for discovery branch | Should trigger warning |
These documents determine whether the matter can move to an easier hearing-prep path.
The document centre should also guide the user on what to do if a paper is filed, stamped, rejected, or still missing.
The user should be able to ask what each document means and what it affects in the case.
The system should compare the active case stage to the uploads and highlight the missing item.
The system should flag poor scans, blurry text, or incomplete pages so the user can re-upload a better copy.
The dashboard can shift to a settlement-ready path and reduce the later hearing-prep burden.
