5. Questions panel

The user should be able to ask practical L&D account questions directly from this page.

What goes into the L&D account?

It should set out estate assets, liabilities, claims, and how the estate will be distributed.

What happens during inspection?

The account is available for inspection so interested parties can object if they need to.

What if the Master asks for changes?

Keep the account open, correct the issue, and resubmit as needed until approval is possible.

What happens after approval?

The workflow should move into final distribution and closure of the estate.
