- CCMA sends you a case number within 48 hours
- CCMA notifies your employer (respondent) via registered mail or email
- A conciliation date is set (usually within 30 days, LRA s135)
- You receive a Notice of Set Down with date, time, and venue
- Both parties must attend conciliation (LRA s135)
- If no settlement: matter proceeds to arbitration (LRA s138)
